Opportunities for Campers in Leadership Training (CILT) are offered for ages 14-17 and seek to continue their personal growth and development as youth leaders. CILTs work under direct supervision of the CILT Director who trains participants in group sessions and one-on-one mentoring to work with our most experienced counselors, to assist with campers and participate in the team building effort. leadership program aims to help young people discover their strengths, make decisions, set goals, solve problems and resolve conflicts. As a result, these teens experience a feeling of accomplishment, acquire on-the-job skills, develop important social expertise, and receive spiritual guidance that will help them become productive citizens, prepare for higher education and plan for a successful future. Volunteering at Circle V is more than a job! Although extremely rewarding, it is a volunteer position that requires a lot of hard work an can be very challenging at times. The CILT application process is not a guaranteed volunteer position and has limited spaces available per session. Candidates will be selected based on written essay, references and phone interview.
